Contact Form
If you contact us via our contact form, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, email address, message) solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not share this data with third parties. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to inquiries / pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b), (f) GDPR). We delete this data once your inquiry has been resolved, unless we are legally required to retain it longer.
Website Analytics (Matomo)
We use Matomo, a self-hosted web analytics tool, to understand how visitors use this website. Matomo is configured to protect your privacy:
IP addresses are anonymized (last bytes removed) before storage.
No cookies are set.
No data is shared with third parties or used for cross-site tracking.
No individual visitor is identifiable.

Embedded Videos (YouTube / Wistia)
We may embed videos via YouTube and/or Wistia. These are only loaded once you actively click to play a video. Until you click play, no connection is made to YouTube's or Wistia's servers and no data is transferred. Once you click play, the respective provider may process your IP address and set cookies or similar identifiers according to its own privacy policy:

Wistia Inc. (USA): wistia.com/privacy
Where data is transferred to the USA, the provider relies on Standard Contractual Clauses as a safeguard. Legal basis: your consent, given by the act of clicking play (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We do not use cookies, except those set by YouTube or Wistia after you actively click to play an embedded video (see section before).
